There are tons of PV modules out there you can purchase, but if you require a smaller model that doesn’t generate that much power yet is still quite potent, you will have a rough time finding one.
If you find yourself in such a position as to where you cannot locate such smaller PV modules, I have a solution. There are certain individual companies that produce these smaller yet better PV panels. The fact that they are a bit more special than their bigger counterparts and their uniqueness may cause a slight shift in the price difference, but they are still quite affordable.
These smaller panels are crystalline photovoltaic panels with junction boxes, tempered glass, and solid aluminum frames. The flexible small solar panel use normal multicrystal solar cells for good performance, but are a lightweight laminate instead of glass and aluminum. These modules are great for marine and portable use. They also include a blocking diode and wiring kit so a charge controller is often not needed. While they are not completely rigid, they are not flexible enough to roll up tightly. These glass lamination of small solar panels include monocrystalline photovoltaic module and polycrystalline (multicrystalline small solar panel).
Application: solar rechargeable lantern, solar street light, solar traffic lamp, solar radar speed monitor, portable solar generator, etc.
